We are re-opening our office and showroom from Tuesday 1st September

We are delighted to open our offices and Show room for staff, customers and visitors from the 1st September. The health, safety and well being of all our stakeholders is our number one priority, that is why we have delayed re-opening until all new measures are in place.

We want to make everybody feel as comfortable as possible when visiting Digital Office, we also want you to be confident of the measures we have put in place.

After 24 weeks of delivering support and service to our customers through remote working, we are extremely pleased to re-open our Head Office and showroom. As of Tuesday 1st September, we will resume to our normal office opening hours. Whilst our show and meeting room can safely accommodate multiple customers at any one time, we are encouraging visitors to book specific appointment times where possible in order to reassure the safety of all in the building.

We have been busy preparing our premises to make welcoming back staff and customers possible. Layout changes to ensure that Social Distancing is possible at every point during your visit for yours and our safety. We have installed hand sanitiser stations and social distancing signage and graphics around the building, along with frequent and thorough cleansing of all equipment on offer for demonstration.

There are a few straight forward steps to keep everyone safe

• Upon arrival we ask use the hand sanitiser located next to the entrance
• One of the team will then allow you into the showroom and maintain at least a 1 meter distance at all times.
• Should you arrive and there be other customers, simply wait in your vehicle and a member of out team will acknowledge you and when safe to do so invite you in.

We have also undertaken additional antibacterial cleaning measures to keep everything as clean as possible.
